BOARD MEMBERS

The composition of the board of directors of the WCA is specified in the Watershed Conservation Authority Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement. The appointment criteria, and the names of the board members and their designees are listed below.

5.1. The Governing Board of the Authority shall consist of eight (8) voting members and one (1) non-voting member as follows:

1. Four voting members appointed by the Governing Board of the RMC (one of whom shall be from Orange County).
   • Frank Colonna
   • Dan Arrighi
   • Edward Wilson
   • Orange County Representative, currently vacant
   • Alternate-at-large for the RMC: Debbie Smith
     


2. The four voting members of the Board of Supervisors of the Los Angeles County Flood Control District, or their designees, who represent the areas or portions thereof contained within the territory for the RMC.

3. The Director of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works shall serve as a non-voting, ex officio member of the Governing Board.
