INTRODUCTION

The Watershed Conservation Authority (WCA) is a joint powers entity of the San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy and the Los Angeles County Flood Control District.

The Board of Directors of the WCA consists of 9 members; 8 voting and 1 non-voting.
